HOW TO MEASURE BIBLE

To a Christian, their Bible is the most precious item of all, and probably the most used as well. To protect the Bible, some prefer to get a leather cover made, with or without decorations. 

To make the custom fit cover, I need the the following dimensions, all taken on the closed Bible:

Height:  See photo 1 - we need this on the front page from top to bottom

C: See photo 2 - This is from the front, around the closed Bible to the end of the back page

D: See photo 3 - Circumpherence
